Board Meeting - June 2nd


Auburn Vocational School District Board of Education – June 2, 2020, 6:30 p.m.

In accordance with H.B. 197, R.C. 121.22, R.C. 3313.16, and applicable laws; the Treasurer of the Auburn Vocational School District Board of Education (“Board”) hereby serves written notice that a regular meeting of the Board is called for May 5, 2020, 6:30 p.m., at the Auburn Career Center Technology Learning Center, which is located at 8221 Auburn Road Concord Township, Ohio 44077. This regular meeting is both an “Essential Business and Operation” and “Essential Governmental Function” of the Board. During the period of the emergency declared by Executive Order 2020-01D, the Board shall (1) live-stream the meeting via Zoom (, (2) suspend public participation, (3) strictly enforce social distancing guidelines, and (4) limit face-to-face attendance to only ten (10) individuals at one time, which shall include, but are not limited to, the Superintendent, Treasurer, and Board Members as they are necessary for the “Essential Business and Operation” and “Essential Governmental Function” of the Board. The Board may recess into executive sessions pursuant to R.C. 121.22. The Board will also take formal action in open session.  A copy of the proposed agenda can be found on the district website ( under Board Minutes.
