Why should I take an adult program at
Auburn?
Auburn prepares you for a high demand career with hands on training, reasonable tuition and employment assistance!
How can I pay for the program?
Auburn offers financial aid and scholarships for most of our programs. We have a financial aid coordinator who can answer all of your questions. We also partner with Lake County Jobs and Family Services who can assist many future students with financial help.
Auburn can also set up monthly
payment plans to help the class be affordable.
When are classes?
Auburn classes are mostly 4 nights a
week, Monday-Thursday 5pm-9pm or 6pm-10pm
Our Practical Nursing program is offered during the day or evening.
Most classes run from September-May. We do have shorter and longer classes as well
How do I know I will get a good job
after the class ends?
Auburn has an excellent placement
rate. Auburn works with over 500 companies to help students start or continue a
great career!
Do Auburn's Adult Programs have internships?
Yes, some are built into the program
and some can be developed to help students get started during the program.
What if I need transportation to Auburn?
Auburn will be providing some free
transportation from Madison and Painesville starting this school year. More
information to come!
Can someone help me if I struggle
academically?
Yes, we work with the ASPIRE program
which provides academic help and we also have a student services coordinator!
How do I sign up?
Register at Auburn or call
440-357-7542 and ask for the adult department. Registration costs $30
If you would like to take Licensed
Practical Nursing, Paramedic, EMT or Firefighter, you will need to also take a
Work Keys test and score the minimum required to start.
