Auburn Career Center was honored to have Congressman LaTourette and his Chief of Staff, Dino DiSanto, visit our school. They toured our school facility and spoke with students and staff and met with administration.

Auburn Career Center’s Alternative Energy program continues to expand its “GREEN” projects; this time at the Geauga Park District. Next year’s senior students, along with instructor Mark Todd, are working on designing, building, and analyzing solar lights to illuminate the walkway of the Geauga Park District’s new Observatory Park, an internationally recognized “Dark Sky Park” that will allow visitors to view the night sky without the obstruction of other outdoor lighting pollution.
