Financial Aid Resources
- A high school diploma or GED is required to receive financial aid. A copy
of the diploma or certificate is required.
- Recipients must attend 90% of scheduled class time to remain eligible for financial aid. Attendance is monitored on a weekly basis. Any
non-attendance, including excused absences, will be considered as an
absence. It is the student’s responsibility to notify the instructor or the
Adult Education staff if they are going to be absent. Students not in compliance with the
attendance policy may be responsible for repaying any financial aid received from
the Federal Department of Education.
- Satisfactory academic progress (C average) is mandatory to
remain eligible for Pell Grant funds.
- Auburn
does not participate in the Federal Student Loan Programs: Stafford,
Direct, Indirect and PLUS
