Top chef?
Get “fired up” and ready to take on the world of Culinary Arts.

Students enrolled in the program will be involved in hands-on learning, experience real-world situations and develop the knowledge necessary to prepare them for professional opportunities in the food-service industry. Some firsthand skills that students will learn are knife skills, cooking techniques, presentation of food, safety and sanitation. Other developmental abilities include communication, decision making, time management, organization and team work.

The Culinary Arts program participates in the Career Technical Organization, FCCLA - Family, Career and Community Leaders of America. Through FCCLA, students get to compete in direct hands-on culinary and project based competitions with other schools.
